North Kensington Gate is located at the gateway of the OPDC on Scrubs Lane, that will deliver 208 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes when complete.
The apartments will be built over three adjoining buildings of 7, 8 and 24 floors and will contribute to an overall delivery of 1050 new homes by City & Docklands within the OPDC regeneration area by project completion.
