North Kensington Gate
North Kensington Gate is located at the gateway of the OPDC on Scrubs Lane, that will deliver 208 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes when complete.

The apartments will be built over three adjoining buildings of 7, 8 and 24 floors and will contribute to an overall delivery of 1050 new homes by City & Docklands within the OPDC regeneration area by project completion. North Kensington Gate will deliver 150 private for sale units with 58 affordable housing units and is located opposite the City & Docklands Mitre Yard scheme that will deliver 241 homes managed under our PRS Management arm AWOL – A Way of Living.

The ground floor of the development boasts residential entrance lobbies along with flexible retail / commercial space street with active frontages. The front of the development provides increased pavement width with street furniture and landscape tree planting. To the rear of the property there are extensive landscaped and amenity areas.

North Kensington Gate lies at the confluence of the Grand Union Canal and Mitre Bridge on Scrubs Lane and importantly sits at the gateway of the OPDC – the UK’s largest regeneration project. This is the second residential development site that City & Docklands has acquired on Scrubs Lane, joining Mitre Yard which has planning consent for the delivery of 241 homes and will span two new buildings ranging from 6 to 21 floors, comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

North Kensington Gate and Mitre Yard are both within walking distance of Willesden Junction station. Connectivity is set to further improve with the completion of Old Oak Common Station in 2026, offering new links via the forthcoming HS2 and Crossrail interchange. This will significantly shorten journey times to the City, West End, and out to Heathrow.
