Today, VisiLean is the only service that offers the direct integration of the collaborative planning workflow with BIM.
It is proven that lean practices, especially the Last Planner® system, helps construction companies achieve significant efficiency savings, improve trust between partners and help deliver the project safely and within target costs. VisiLean aims to support this workflow by providing specifically designed modules that support all phases of the full production planning – including Phase, Lookahead (including constraints management), and Weekly planning.
VisiLean enables real-time tracking of these plans through mobile apps and execution views, where crews can report back on progress and attach photos, and notes.

Wingmans launched as a Street Food pop up in June 2015 as a sponsor of the BST Festival in Hyde Park and has since gone on to attend a large number of events, festivals, collaborations and residencies throughout the UK And Europe. Wingmans opened its first permanent outpost in the old Kilburn Ironworks, and now has a flagship restaurant in the heart of Soho. Wingmans specialise in homemade comfort foods with focus on gourmet chicken wings freshly tossed in a signature sauce of your choice, accompanied by homemade American style sides.
